Aims & objectives:


  • Understand how to Assess, Manage & Implement Treatment of mild to moderate chronic oedema/lymphoedema.


  • Understand the Anatomy & Physiology associated with chronic oedema development.


  • Define chronic oedema and the conditions associated with the terminology


  • Understand the components of care in chronic oedema management and how to apply these to the individual patient.


  • Understand the issues around the selection of appropriate treatments for patients with chronic oedema
